Did you know that when we dance...

Our circulation is activated, which is good for the heart, improves our breathing & lung capacity, lowers our blood pressure and burns more calories than walking, swimming or bicycling. Also our stress levels decrease.  We could say that all senses are moved by dance and not to mention the PLEASURE and JOY that music gives to the body and spirit.
