At Ivido Jeans, we process all orders with care and efficiency. Once your details are confirmed, your package is on its way.

Canada: 

Orders are processed within 1 business day.  
Once confirmed, your order ships promptly and typically arrives within 2–3 business days.

United States
Orders are processed within 1 business day and dispatched swiftly.  
Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.

Europe
All orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped immediately.  
Delivery within Europe usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ivido Jeans, we want you to feel confident and celebrated in every piece you choose. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you find the perfect fit.

🔄 Exchanges
- Items may be exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Exchanges are free of charge; we’ll cover the shipping both ways when you choose a new item.

📦 Returns
- Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of the shipping date.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

🚚 Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all outgoing orders.
- If you return your full order, you’ll need to cover the return shipping to our Vancouver location.
- Once your return is received, we’ll send you a coupon matching the return shipping cost, which you can use as store credit toward your next Ivido purchase.
